At Lifely, we want you to love your home; if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor remain in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it into the original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized courier pickup for larger furniture items at a time that suits you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
